		<description><![CDATA[I´d switch sunflower and sesame seeds for others, for they are quite rich in omega-6-fatty-acids. One should aim for a good relation of omega-3 to omega-6. 
So better put some tuna in your muesli! ;)

With flax I´m also sceptical. It´s rich in some nice nutrients, but also in cadmium. But the uncrushed seeds give neither much of it free anyways.]]></description>
